Beginners & Back to Basics Yoga

This class focuses on the basics in developing your yoga practice. Become familiar with the postures, build flexibility, balance and strength. Individualized attention is provided by the instructor to assist you in becoming more comfortable in your practice. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class time to register.
