This session is focused on cultivating self-love. Join us as we connect the mind and the body through meditation, journaling, massage and a gentle yoga flow on Sunday, December, 9 at 2:00 pm. Be reminded of your greatness. Feel the love radiate from your heart space. For this 90-minute session, bring a journal, a small object that represents you, yoga mat and blanket. Extra yoga mats and blankets will be available.
