This practice will delve into gentle movements and breath work meant to increase flexibility, and promote incremental cultivation of basic strength and stamina. Join us for this soothing, meditative practice suitable for both beginners and for experienced yogis looking to nurture the body, hone awareness, and deepen their focus.
